i was diagnosed as pyramid apostle in my late thirties, but gi armot was a thing. I fell into something so dark ink december, that it scared me. It turns out it was suicidal ideation. But i was able to get through it with talk theraby and diving into how can i regulate my hormos? And luckily, i'mm at home surrounded by people, so, and i alerted everyone, something is happening that i cannot control. If this is where it always comes back to the solution to these problems, where it was my death, doing a lot of talk tharapy....
