Once people are hired and become those paid employees, they then help these s to re structure work place practices. And that can mean anything from job sight mentering and supervision to formalizing work base learning systems. This becomes really important, because now workers can actually see there is a road ahead. If they realize and recognize that they have this future that will then generate a higher pay and better opportunities.
