How to Respond to Inflationary Pay Rises

Inflation will continue to go up if we keep offering huge pay rises. At some point, it just has to stop and that brunt has to be taken. If public sector pay is going to fuel inflation, how can we pretend private sector pay isn't fueling inflation as well? I think the poorest should always be protected more than anyone. But what's being squeezed right now massively and it is selfish It's people like us. Why are we not increasing taxes for the most super wealthy in the country? And why are we not focusing our attention there? Because surely that's more inflationary than anything else?! We need a mindset of never looking up because we think one day that'll be us
