For me, whenever I'm overwhelmed what puts me back in control is always my diet. The same thing with exercise for me, lifting weights. Anytime I plan my days it puts me back into Control. What are some control triggers for you? Identify them. Write them all down. And see major keys. You would be better served focusing on these top three major keys.
