So my question is, i recently, over the last four or five months, have been preparing to purchase a home a where i currently live. However, with prices and interest rates very high. I think i've been priced out. And now i have the money i saved up for down payment and closhing costs, a in relatively liquid assets. And i'm wondering a where, if you see any pitfalls in where i can put them,. because i think we're of similar mind sets.
