Richard Wilbur: It's common for everything to end with doxology because doxology is what does not end evermore and evermore. And then here's verse 4. Christ to thee with God the Father and O Holy Ghost to thee, him and chant in high things giving. He says that we have turned in verse 4 to Jesus himself. We're not just simply talking about him. The low is lifted high. That's what heaven is. St. Augustine says that heaven is Amen, Alleluia.
