Time Blocking and Time Boxing

Rise is the ap that i use to always tracking my time. It's categorizing, making sure i can see how long i'm spending on things. For very few clients,. i do have hourly tracking, very few er. But for that i use toggle. And i have my stream deck in front of me and my the button when i'm working on conclient work - it tracts the time specificaly, and i press stop.
