Angiodema
Angioedema is non-dependent edema or edema in areas that are not going to be necessarily affected by gravity makes me think of something called angiodema. So you have a suspicion and, but this is a diagnosis that you don't want to wait to treat because the symptoms can progress rapidly. If there's any at all signs of systemic symptoms, such as shock, strider, rapid respiratory rate, alter mental status, it's important to go ahead and give your intramuscular epinephrine. And you can give the dose of 0.1 milligrams per kilogram up to 0.5 every five to 15 minutes until you see some symptom improvement.
