The Importance of Strength and Conditioning for Adolescents

There's a real window of opportunity to either get it right for adolescents or to sometimes infirm them, unintentionally through their lifespan with their bone health. The porosity or the bones will be less. They'll often have thicker bones. We haven't until circa late teenage years, early adulthood to hit peak bone mass. If we don't hit that, then we're basically living off less bone mass across our lifespan.
