The majority of multiple choice tests end with doing something to a patient. We often don't think about potential unintended consequences that come with an addition of other test treatments or procedures. It's probably better for traines to err on the side of caution until they gain the expertse to understand when they can sit back and do less. But you can certainly start to operate in that mind set early on. You just need to be able to very verify it with somebody that's responsible for your ed.
