A strategy that works for one person has only a Somewhat good chance of working for other people. I just find there's so much variation and that for one person, you know Really being in the moment can be really effective. For someone else they might need to have a comparison that they feel good about then it's not gonna work for them to stay in the moment Same thing with dealing with criticism actually I've had people give me advice for for being able to be open to criticism.
