Are You a Goodish Person?

We have this definition of good person that's either or. Either you are a racist or a sex or homophobe, or you're not. A goodish person absolutely still makes mistakes. But as a goodish person, i'm trying to learn from them and own them. I don't wait for people to point them out. I practise finding them. As a result, sure sometimes it can be m rassing. It can be uncomfortable. But through all that vulnerability, just like everything else we've tried to ever get better at, we see progress. We allow ourselves to get better.
