How to Target an Accidental Landlord
The accidental landlord is exactly what it sounds like. They're trying to figure out what they don't know. So I've brought on tenants because I think getting into the tenants brain is a big part of figuring out how to be a better landlord. The last one we did was an institutional a guy who ran 60,000 units on the part. He's like, we actually have the same access to the information that you have. That has tremendous value even if it doesn't serve the lead gen purpose.
