The Importance of Strong Sponsorship and Service
SLS men's group is a fine well oiled machine that works perfectly once in a great while. We follow the dictates of a higher power, we believe in the big book of alcohol, synonymous strong sponsorship and service. In my home group we average about 65 men every Wednesday night. I couldn't be any more proud of the men in my home group. My ego would love to make it about me. Look what I did. I stayed silver 28 years. Wouldn't that be a lie? I'm just a failure at the game of life that's been given new purpose by AA.
