The Government's Position on a Blastized Statement
Justice Comey Barrett essentially asked that isn't a proposed rule to apply only where there are two defendants but non-testifying codefendants. The line of questioning essentially started to get down to as well, is it ever possible to have a burdenized statement appropriately? In my own experience working with judges, they will almost have to when they're brutalizing a statement or accepting a brutalized statement by the government.
