Is It a Heavy, Heavy, Load Barbell Exercise or an Assistance Lift?

I don't think there's a huge difference. My decision for which exercises ar or programme to certain weights, it's mostly logistical more than anything. Approach for something like a squat may be a dead lift. I think i'd opt for that for those types of exercises. Most other things, i don't think it matters too much. If you don't want to go to failure, don't a or if your cool reaching failure on the last set, go for it. There aren't that many heavy, heavy, acually loaded exercises so really we're just talking about squats and maybe dudliftsyend with the squat in the dudliffs.
