Cuba's Responsible? I Believe That
The US has expelled 15 Cuban diplomats from the embassy in Washington. The move is an escalating response to mysterious illnesses afflicting American embassy staff in Havana. General Kelly said on just last week that you believe that Cuba could stop the attacks against Americans. Do you believe that? I think Cuba could be Cuba's responsible. It's a very unusual attack, as you know, but I do believe Cuba'sresponsible. Yes. He's not alone though. As the Cubans themselves have said to me many times, you can't do something in this country without them knowing.
