The Importance of Interviewing People
I usually interview people for 60 to 90 minutes, and I don't know what's going to come out of it. Part of the reason too, why I prefer to cut my questions out is because like, I just have to poke and prod in so many silly ways sometimes. And you know, might not be the most fun thing to listen to, but I think it yields interesting stories sometimes. So that stuff has to be kind of loose and messy. That's when really like the design brain takes over.
