Gvora Is the Foundation for Discipline and Restraint

Vura yag vora, i find to be even harder than hesset. Gvora is actually so much harder for me. I like good with the flow. Once it comes into gvora space, it's like a whole other world. Especially for me, i find myself being more of a the feminine qualities of flow. But then i also have this type a side of me that needs to know where i'm going and has a plan. So better jus like air on the side of flexible and shut down that other part.
