How Does Benedict and Spirituality Help Young People?
Pope benedict said that what people want out of a priest is to be a master of the spiritual life. So priests are a lot of things, oi knowr administratorsand and were evange,. listen and we ar, we say the mass, we visit the sick and all those things. But finally, he said, what people want they want a sense in you that you know what the spiritual life is about. And so don't set aside our own extraordinarily rich spiritual tradition, but learn it and share it and propagate it. It's very important for young people who have drifted into these weird syncratistic ansantit institutional forms of religion.
