In school, you're taught to write in order to get a grade, not to be read. I think that makes a perfect segue into actually talking about the entire process of note-taking and smart notes. What I'm curious about is how the world did you stumble upon this? And how is it that something that's 60 plus years old got buried and never changed the surface until you wrote this book?
