The court just like does not wrestle with the fact that all of the modern analysis is predicated on a belief that like racism is fine and good. Right. I mean, it really is a superstructure built atop racist principles from the late 1800s and then you just like throw in weird anti-communist stuff from the mid century to like spice it up. It's wild. Yeah. And you know, not to say that modern immigration decisions aren't racist. They are. Absolutely.
