The Unhoused Crisis in Greece
I'm not seeing much, really, about the response itself to this. What was exactly happening with authorities or anyone else who could have possibly made a difference in helping save some lives here. It's also cost-effective and efficiency thing. Even if you're going to be cynical, it's not cost-effective to allow people to exist in situations like that. And do we want to live in a society where these people are treated like criminals for trying to exist and try to survive? Or do we wants to live In a society where we help people thrive?
