What Is Really Motivating You Right Now?

I'm always open to new opportunities, even if it's just a matter of confirming the fact that i'm happy with where i am. But nothing is really excite me. When other years i've been excited to try a different job because i'm going to learn something totally different and e're going to enter a new field or what not. These jobs, i'm not super excited. I'm kind of going through the motions. Not looking for the magic. And so in prior years, your excitement came from the newness of it,. Because it was something new, new, more challenging, a totally different industry.
