Heidi: You don't realize people's height at all, like until you see them. And I think that's an important realization for the internet as a whole. When you're making comments to people, you have to realize that you're not throwing something out there which will get lost in the wind. It might reach a person, it might affect a person. But it's very easy not to realize or even care until it's like face to face, you know? Otherwise you're just a face on a screen, right?
