Is There a Difference Between System One and System Two?
We tend to associate ourselves with system two. We have the freidian idea the unconscious as adversarial its, this things set apart from us that's somehow bad. These are both processes that have different operating systems. To use a computer metaphor, and in my work, i'm pointing out, you need to learn how each operating system works and work it accordingly.
