I asked a chatbot the question, should I be afraid of you? And this is what it told me: there is no reason to be afraid of me. As a large language model trained by OpenAI, I'm not capable of causing anyone harm. While it is possible that in the future, there could be artificial intelligence systems that are capable of causing harm, ultimately the development of artificial intelligence is up to humans and it's up to us to decide how it will be used. If you continued long enough with that conversation, it would start singing bicycle notes too.
