Houses vs Unit Markets - What's Your View?
I'm pretty bullish on medium to hide entity. The reason I think the unit market could be outperforming over the coming, say, three to five years simply comes back to supply. My guess is we're probably moving into an under supply in many of the major unit markets around the country. But there will be some opportunities in the unit market that could see that sector showing even a stronger performance than houses in some cases. If we were to forward project to 2032, so we dropped 92 out of it, and we've got the 30 years, it's crystal ball stuff here. But what do you think the region reading or index would have then?
