The Next Frontier for the Leader

I love the way Susan talks that human connectivity is the next frontier for the leader. Great leaders understand that they succeed through others. And for that, it takes daily attention. It's a big part of what we teach because some of what we teaching was inspired by reading Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises. There's my English lit background in which a character is asked, how did you go bankrupt? And he responds gradually and then suddenly. So I want people to stay awake during gradually as that is where we live 90% of our lives.
