How to Start Your Day With Gratitude

I love that idea of just starting your day with something positive and trying to end it. And then I love the idea of ending it too or having positive conversations with your family because how easy is it sometimes to come home and complain about your day as opposed to saying, let's talk about the good parts of our day. Another one that I loved is you talked about the importance of spending time in nature. It really does shift our focus from the kind of worrying small mind thinking to a more sensory oriented or into neural networks.
