What Are the Customers Really Trying to Do?

When i look for somebody who h wants to grow, i typically look for somebody that has a strong sense of curiosity. And also somebody really not just values technology for technology, but values really like how you can use techno logy. Those thoseer sote some of the indicators that you'll say is like, all while this person may maybe a goods course, that person may also be a good product manager. That person may be a good architect. There there are lots of paths that ye can go a go for. But i think that the willing to to keep growing beyond where where they were as an engineer's one key aspect.
