Brown Butter Vinaigrette
You can make a very delicious vinaigrette out of brown butter as well. We do it with pork loin and we pound the pork loin down to a little cutlet and then sear that in the pan and make a brown butter caper sauce. You could substitute it for butter and rice, crispy streets. What are the fun ways to use it?
