Jerry mandering is obviously wrong. The classic line, evoter should choose for politicians, politicians shouldn't choose ther voters, is evidently right. But not because it gives republicans an advantage over democrats, but because it gives the extremists within the republican party in particular, but both parties, an advantage over moderates. This is how you end up with truly crazy people in congress. Uire really much more worried about t at the state legislative level, where there's even lower turn out, and where, because the barriar entries even lower, the people are even fucking more insane. And so that is howyou end up with these abortion bills that ban exceptions for rape and incest
