The implications from the gender paper are prestige matters. I'll get on a plane to be on Apple's board. But if you go again, our proxies were sales and size, go to the bottom third of the S&P 1500 and then move off of again endogenous to geography. So it's just supply and demand interaction clustering that I think is in play here. The future, if you look forward, maybe large organizations are better at sort of sharing information with these remote types of subsidiaries.
