Is It Justification That He Was Importing Something From Germany?
They were capped off and labeled, but he didn't like shovel jam into them. He did manage to make them look like something else that wouldn't incur important duties. They just looked like glass tubes. So if you're importing any sort of scientific equipment, anything like that, that would get taxed. But if it was in another category, you would not get taxed.
