The Government's Response to the Indictment of Alex Jones

The government answers that it is not aware of any case in which a defendant has been permitted to discuss classified information in a private residence. So I think that the government is probably going to get its way here because it would be so outrageous if it didn't. But if you start to see Judge Cannon, Federalist Society, Weirdo, saying, oh, sure, you can take those classified documents home with you into New Jersey or Florida or wherever you like, you're going to see the government appeal immediately. And that, that's one of the things that’s going to get struck, struck down pretty, pretty fast.
