From his earliest days at the church, John was training men, cultivating and discipling the future leaders. 15 years into his ministry, John was asked to lead Los Angeles Bible College. He agreed seeing it as another way to teach a biblical worldview to the next generation of church members. And when the master's seminary was founded in 1986, it was done with the hope that one day countless men would teach the Bible verse by verse in churches around the globe.
