Exercise and calcium supplementation are exceedingly helpful. People with born laws probably should do low impact exercise. A pregnant patients have the problem of having a couple of enzymes in their circulation that loosen their joints and ligaments. So they're at greater risk of injury. But for bone density, as i mentioned before, hip fracture is not a result of a fall. Hip fracture is a result of the thigh bone not being able to support your hips cas you took a bad step, not because you fell. There's close to a dozen bones in your wrist. They are stacked up like their own tonkatoi. And bending your wrist and with too much flexion or too much extension can fracture
