The Diversity of Opinion, Generational Diversity

I learn so much from young leaders. And i'm barely genx. Most categories would put me into the genx. Would say i'm a boomer. My kid sama boomer, but, you know, and i think that is diversity of opinion,. getting younger leaders around the table and trying to stay current. I just don't see it accurately. Just don't what? What do you say to people carry when they say, hey, i got a you know, especially if i'm leading people of divers ages?"
