How to Use Slack for Team Building

Steven Lease: I don't think we talk about this a lot, but it's pretty fun to use Slack. What's your advice for people who want to follow a similar path? Pull the plug on your email tomorrow; there's always a reason why you can't. When someone emails you internally, reply with them is slack broken. And then last one, when someone DMS you on Slack asking for something that the whole team should know reply, please ask this out on the project thread.
