Are You Dealing With a Loss of Status?

Kathleen: I think first and foremost, it's kind of how it's handled within the organization. Sometimes somebody on that team naturally takes on an acting kind of pseudo role which is awesome. You've got to be able to still manage that group, but also deal with what, understand what they're dealing with. And you've got to coach and mentor the team that's left.
