Brams and Clara - The Story Book Part

Brahms was a difficult man who could sometimes, shockingly, even cruelly insensitive. He wrote her just a few months after leaving duseldorf that it was time to move on. But for the rest of their lives, and brahms died 11 months after clara did, they remained friends. Clara relentlessly advocated for both her late husband and brahm's work. She refused to perform unless she could play the music of both composers on a concert for clara. The musical inspiration of both these figures in her life outweighed everything.
