The Importance of Customer Satisfaction

It was Cadbury's own little town. Where all the Cadbury workers used to live. A bit like Willy Wonka. As this was primarily an in house business hotel, there would be no funny business. The office is next door to the hotel. So it's kind of like those old cotton mills back in the industrial revolution where they have the mill and then all of the people's houses would be outside of them. There was a lot of it. Does everyone live there? Do all the employees just live in the building? I think in the house business hotel.
