Making Money in Real Estate

When you start a business, begin with the end in mind. It's important to say, is this going to be a family business or something that we want to grow slowly and maybe sell off later? If you're taking the speedboat approach, oftentimes it creates a lot of money to go fast. You can actually lose money in business by making money in real estate. The best vice i like to give to people just starting out are: "Start your own business, not others'"

Every investor has wondered how to invest like Warren Buffett. He’s arguably the best stock trader of all time—preaching the fundamentals of investing in equities, something that most modern-day investors seem to forget.
