How to Achieve Your Goals in 2022

When i used to do coaching calls between ten p m and midnight, it became exhausting to wake up at five a m. I realized that what you did in the first hour of your day was all that mattered. So  I now wake up around about seven a m. And use this time to work on myself. It works fantastically, and i get enough sleep. As we head into december, start thinking about what you would like to do and change for yourself in 20 22. Then work out what steps you could take each day that will gradually build up to you achieving whatever it is you want to do in20 22. If you have a question ou would like answering
