Maryland Court of Special Appeals
Maryland is one of just two states in the union where our state Supreme Court is called the Court of Appeals. It was now officially renamed to the Maryland Supreme Court and the Court of Special Appeals will now be named. "Good on Judge Barpara, good on the voters of Maryland, and we now have sensible names for our courts," he says.
