The Basic Tenets of Human Rights
Human rights are universal, meaning they apply to everyone. A justified moral norm that has strong reasons or a shared norm of actual human morality. They can be taken away temporarily because maybe you committed a serious crime and have done something that deserves your rights to be infringed upon by the country. To preserve itself as far as the UN is concerned, countries must always compete with national stability and security,. Right? Because the nation's motive is always to preserve itself in its sphere of influence. We'll get into exactly what our rights based on next.
