Self criticism is a distraction from unpleasant feelings. The most important thing you can do is to notice your har self criticism and then ask yourself, what is it that came right before i did this? And if you can do that, i let me in. People have to slow down when they feel themselves getting so anxious or whatever. When we feel ourselves witht embarrassment or whatever, at one of those eight emotions, that's an indicator to slow down. Then the last one is absorbing compliment. Yes havent o lari hav you.
