We also have to understand how much do we think a home is worth three months from now and in some cases, six months from now. And so over all, i'd say one of the things that folks might misunderstand opendor as having just one valuation problem,. But really a series of valuation problems and a series of risk and asset management problems. That's something that i think is a little bit different.
