The Importance of Discipline
"It's a very lonely experience at first and the most helpful thing for me is to create a system of discipline outside of the one you just came from," he says. "Unless i force myself to go and find community unless i say unless i set an alarm and i say i'm going to read my bible every morning at six in the morning i'm gonna wake up an hour early like i did in my dts." He adds that it can be challenging even for someone who has a positive experience.
